Lending Policy ~o~ The Library at the James O. Hall Research center is a non-lending library. Every effort is made to assist researchers and scholars to efficiently and effectively access information while at the center. Library Hours ~o~ Visitors are encouraged to call before coming to the Library. Arrangements may be made for access to library resources by calling the Research center at 301-868-6185. Location & Address ~o~ Sharing a parking lot with the Visitors’ center at Surratt House Museum, the Library is located at 9118 Brandywine Road in Clinton, Maryland. The mailing address is James O.
